Who We Are
Case Construction Company Inc. was organized in 1928 and incorporated in 1958. We have been providing construction services throughout Michigan for over eighty-five years. We began building churches and have since expanded our clientele to include medical offices, professional offices, retail centers, municipal buildings, restaurants, educational facilities and industrial facilities ranging in size from $5,000 to $9,000,000. Our involvment with many of these projects began as a recommendation from architects with whom we have had positive working relationships. They have come to rely upon our ability to keep the project progressing smoothly, within budget, and on time due in part to our ability to self-perform a majority of the work with our own personnel.
Whether it is design-build or bid-spec, Case Construction is one of the oldest companies in Flint, Michigan. Few companies in our area have the longevity, and can claim over 700 completed church construction projects and renovations, in addition to our extensive commercial construction work. Case Construction works throughout the Midwest, including completed projects in Kansas and New Mexico. We're proud of our ongoing relationships with clients well after the construction projects are completed, which has often led to additional projects. For example, Case Construction recently completed the 6th addition for a church that began as a vacant site 18 years ago and is now 88,000 square feet in size.
Dave Culver and Clifford Harvey bought the company in 2002. Together they have over fifty years experience starting in the field as carpenters, becoming project superintendents, project managers, estimators and eventually business owners. They bring a wealth of experience and dedication to every project Case Construction Inc. becomes involved in.
